Background Checks

All staff must provide original copies of a PA Criminal History Check, PA Child Abuse History Check and FBI Fingerprinting and give written permission for Camp to complete the National Sexual Offender Search.

Clearances to be Submitted Prior
to signing Staff At Will Agreement:

• • Clearances Required: Adult Staff
  • Clearances Required: Minors – Staff under Age 18
  • W-4 Form – New Staff Only, or for returning staff if you need to change the withholding amount (you need only send page 1)
  • Link to Obtain PA Police Criminal Check –  Do not use Volunteer Button
  • Link to Obtain PA Child Abuse – Do not use the Volunteer Button
  • Link to Obtain Digital Fingerprint Check for Child Care – select Pennsylvania for state and use CODE 1KG756
  • Identification Requirements for Digital Fingerprint Check for Minors

  The Camp reserves the right to complete random drug and alcohol testing (not applicable to minors).

  If applying for a Driver position at SRC, you will also need to submit to a Driver Background Check.
